United States Environmental Protection Agency – Development of national guidance on stormwater controls to meet new regulatory requirements, as well as model ordinance language for joint smart growth and stormwater programs (as a team member of Tetratech).

Trust for Public Land/Smart Growth Leadership Institute - Assessment and alignment of State water and land devleopment programs.  See www.landusewater.org 

Ventura County, California - Development of watershed plans to integrate new water and stormwater requirements with land use programs and General Plans (as a team member with the Local Government Commission).

Los Angeles Department of Public Works - Team member as part of Tetratech's on-call panel of experts for watershed planning and management.

State of California - Development of materials for statewide implementation of Low Impact Development (with Tetratech).

National Environmental Education and Training Foundation – Development of material for weathercasts, focusing on the intersection of the built and natural environments as it relates to common weather related events such as urban heat island and localized flooding.
